What the web is saying...

Pros: Good game library. Bigger and slightly brighter screen compared to the DS Lite. The speech and camera functions add even more fun to the console. Suitable for all ages. Better sound that previous models. Compact and stylish.

Cons: The Gameboy Advance (GBA) slot is gone on this version. Photos only really look good on the DSi screen - this isn't suitable for a digital camera. Shorter battery life compared to the DS Lite.

The Bottom Line: This a good value, handheld console, that has lots of fun games and puzzles. The addition of the cameras means you can also take and manipulate photos - the addition of storage means you know have somewhere to store them. It might not be worth the upgrade from a DS Lite, or if you use a lot of GBA games, but if you looking for a stylish, well supported, and most importantly fun, console, this ticks many boxes.
